What is Design Management?

Design management is a creative problem solving process which uses both business and design methods to understand the user and align an organizations strategies, tactics and processes such that all internal and external users gain value from its products and services.

Design projects can be either business led (brand focused) or design led (consumer focused) however design management falls right in the middle of the spectrum.
